风管制作作业条件
Working conditions for air duct fabrication
①、图纸已经熟悉，并且经过图纸会审。对建筑、结构和电气、暖卫施工图中的管路走向、坐标、标高与通风管道之间跨越交叉在图纸上出现的问题已经有解决方案。
① The drawings have been familiar with and reviewed. There has been a solution to the problems arising from the crossing between the pipeline route, coordinate, elevation and ventilation duct in the construction drawings of building, structure, electrical and heating and sanitation.
②、材料表面油污应全部清除干净，以免铁锈或氧化物落于材料表面产生局部腐蚀。

③、必须有一个单独的加工院场地，为了不破坏镀锌钢板外的保护膜，工作场地最好铺设木板或者橡胶板，保持场地清洁。

④、已进行了施工技术交底，对风管制作的尺寸，采用的技术标准、接口及法兰连接方法已经明确。并且已经做好施工交底记录。
